Am I worrying too much?
If you're asking this question, the answer is probably yes. Elevated anxiety destroys your climbing ability and causes premature fatigue, pump, and discoordination.
Figure out where your anxiety is coming from and create a strategy to deal with it. If there are worrying factors that are out of your control, either accept failure or repress your worry — it does nothing to help you while climbing.
